We always like to call our clients prior to the inspection so we can answer any questions  they may have about the inspection process and learn about any specific concerns they may have about the property.

Insurance requires us to have a signed contract agreement prior to the inspection so we will email or fax  the client a contract agreement for their review and signing prior to the inspection. Client may email or fax the signed contract back or bring it to the inspection. Reports will not be released without a signed contact.

It is of the utmost importance that you attend the home inspection at least towards the end so we can review the Inspection Report with the client on sight.

Not all Inspection reports are reviewed and printed on site.

If scheduling prohibits your attendance than we will email the report and  do a phone review of the report.
